While the catalogue does record number of items at the FRBR:Item level, it is not relevant currently to model the books. As the EFM Digitization process continues, it may become more relevant to distinguish digitized items of the same manifestation, especially if they contain marginalia. The plan now is to attach numbers to the unique identifiers to generate faceted uuids based on the EFM catalogue.
